I’m trying it a bit differently—having breakfast at 6 and dinner at 18, since those are the times that fit best with my work schedule.
A 12/12 fasting window feels quite challenging for me, to be honest, but I want to give it a real try and see how my body responds.
I really appreciate your advice—especially the reminder to listen to my body. That’s probably the hardest and most important part.

I think 12/12 is a great place to start and stay if you’re happy with it
