If they stand behind they're E2E encryption, then they would only see a bunch of people sending mesages to these phone numbers. We could hundreds / thousands of different people running brians/id servers though. No global. Also it works in signal and other chat apps 😉

Assume META always has access to everything. They'll claim E2E then pay the fine when it's been discovered not to be the case
