I can tell you 120 is not true. I regularly test these sort of things and had 3 email aliases created over the past year that all received emails on the breach.
I have since deleted these so its unfortunately a trust me bro thing, so take that with a grain of salt.
Fucking liar. I got the email and I haven't bought anything from them in years. Way over 120 days. They changed that policy at least 2 years ago. I'm sure others can confirm.
