All I can say is that our lamb tastes much more like beef than what most people would consider a traditional lamb flavor. It is not gamey at all. It is mild. People who hate lamb generally are stunned to like ours. The difference is breed, breeding, and being grass-fed. Also, seasoned lamburger is a great way to win over skeptics. Oh, and eff mint jelly.
