I've asked five people to explain to me the difference between Nostr and Primal and not one of them has been successful.
The only way they know how to explain it is by repeating LITERALLY the exact same phrase over and over, as if it will make more sense to me on the ninth time hearing it.
"Nostr is the protocol"
"Then why is the app you're adding me on called Primal?"
"Because it runs on the Nostr protocol."
Smh.

No one is "dividing" us.
Some of us are waking up.
Some aren't.
Twice a month I spend a full day detoxing from tech.
No screens whatsoever.
If you've never tried it, I highly recommend it.
It's like a glimpse behind the curtain of the mind control machine.
You realize how many of your undesirable thoughts and feelings (and problems) stem mostly from tech abuse.

Found one of those neighborhood library swap box things on a walk this evening.
Left is what I took.
Right is what I left.
Both great reads.
(Full disclosure: I wrote the red one)

Health is wealth.
And one of the major blocks to optimal health is unresolved emotional trauma.
My dad was very wealthy when he died at the young age of 65.
I watched as he worked himself to death, fueled by an inherited belief that to live any other way would result in poverty and misery.
He believed that if he stopped working, everything would fall apart. Literally. He said that to me often.
This was true for his dad before him, who, in the early 1900s, lost HIS dad as a young teen, and because his mom wasn't allowed to work, had to work in order for the family to survive.
But it wasn't true for my dad.
And because it was so overwhelmingly painful to face this unresolved, inherited trauma (loss of innocence), he sacrificed his health for financial wealth.
So while I am deeply motivated to stack sats for financial freedom, I try to remind myself that my physical, mental, and emotional health matters just as much, if not more.
Because what's the point of having Bitcoin if I'm dead before I ever get to use it?

After months of seeing @paul keating post about Primal on X, I finally quit being lazy and made an account.
I'm shortening the amount of time that I let resistance keep me from good things.
Excited to be here!
