the state has no natural right to it's existence. the state is the "organization of the political means". taxation is indistinguishable from theft -> the state is a vast criminal organization

although, this is somehow captured by the great constitutions, like the American', a natural law approach to ethics stands in stark contrast to today's utalitarian and positivist approaches to society.

of course, we can go through numerous issues, to see how natural morality and ethics apply I a specific case, but this is a 'discovery' and an inquiry about justice and truth, rather than mere wordplays and relative statements.

ethics and morality is not necessarily positivist, that is to say a mere 'invention' of humans, dependant upon cultural experience, but can be formulated as 'natural'. people have a natural right to, and only to the property which they have rightfully acquired.
