The beauty of NOSTR is, you can stop using a client if you don’t like it and still continue to be a part of the protocol through another client. There is no better social layer than NOSTR.
Owning Bitcoin means nothing if you cannot sign it. Holding the keys is the ultimate flex.
Bitcoin is signal. Everything else is noise.

Running your own Bitcoin node is so underrated. It is neither costly, nor technically challenging (with projects like @Start9) to run a node these days.
