Everyone can learn from that and keep pushing and fighting the systems that don’t want to see us at our best or highest selves. Oligarchs require suppressed classes of people. It’s all of our responsibility to fight to maximize “liberty and justice for all” and “life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness” for everyone who lives under our foundational ideals

It’s weird and real as parents were compelled to raise kids to be “ready for life”, “ready to be upset or disappointed “, and all of the things that remove color from life. Humans can be so disappointing 😂 I like how Regina Belle sang “tired of living life in black and white” and “when I dream I dream in color, I want a love, not just a lover…” We own our ability to remove the rampant disappointment of others to a great degree. We have to pass greater resilience to the kiddos to maintain that color. Time is short
