stay humble and stack sats
I’ve had nothing but pasture raised steak from a local rancher this past year. I was gifted a USDA Choice ribeye today for Father’s Day and wow does it taste like nothing. Marbling and texture was good but so bland.
Meal prepping some cube steak for good measure. Sunday #grillstr

I’m enjoying a nice 56 and sunny in Seattle today, grilling is going to be great tonight.
Prepping some top sirloin for ramen with a homemade broth.
@Maple any plans to let me pay on an incremental basis with bitcoin. I’m thinking topping up an account like mulvad does. I don’t really want to pay for a whole year upfront.
I’ll worry about quantum when there’s actually something to show for it. Great episode.
