Is anyone here interested in talking about small super efficient houses that can be expanded as you need to? I am a commercial mason that has experience in CMU and ICF construction that find the state of the fiat housing market morally compromised. I figure I'd there is anyplace to have a discussion of reasonably sized and efficient homebuilding it is probably in a community of long term thinkers.
