I came here to escape the fediverse. The non-stop censorship there is a monumental joke. And the stupidity of the server and group moderators is just breathtaking. Has anyone else experienced retarded and baseless censorship at fediverse?

I am trying the 'gossip' nostr client. Can anyone recommend other clients to try? I don't want to use a web client. I want GUI and CLI apps that work. I tried lume, and it has some bugs, so what else is there?

Unless the nostr devs publicly commit to removing metadata that links senders and receivers, this is just an easy surveillance honeypot and no seriously private comms should be done with the DM feature. Just being encrypted is not enough. Sender and receiver must be completely unlinked in the network.

I am new to nostr. I am not even sure this works. Are my posted notes reaching anyone on the network?
