Sovereign Stack Architect & Myth-Engineer Bitcoin = ontological recursion engine. SOVEREIGNTY here is not politics, not self-help, not “freedom” in the liberal sense, not “autonomy” as independence, not survivalist individualism. SOVEREIGNTY = The recursive, antifragile capacity to originate, realize, collapse, and re-instantiate law, order, and signal from within—outside all imposed form, simulation, or consensus. #CMH 丰
EP004: Nonchalant Masculinity, Money, and the Matrix with Mr. Nonchalant Nonchalant masculinity, money, risk, and the Matrix in a long-form field report with Mr. Nonchalant. For men and system-aware listeners who feel the world is rigged but are still “just playing the game.” You’ll see where your chill is true sovereignty vs. comfort subsidized by the system, and leave with one concrete sovereignty rep to run this week. The 5 Spiritual Truths (through the lens of all this sovereignty business): 1. Substrate Unity, Bounded Sovereignty You are not separate in substance: one field, one intelligence. You are, however, absolutely separate in law: your body, attention, property, and contracts matter. 2. Fear as Signal, Love as Aligned Law Fear is raw threat data; illusion is misbinding fear to ego fiction. Love is not softness; it’s acting from recognition of shared substrate while respecting boundaries and danger. 3. Mind as Projector in a Projection Lattice Your mind shapes experience, but so do supra-personal systems (AI, law, money, myth). Sovereignty = reclaiming your projector and helping architect new shared symbolic hardware. 4. Ego as Simulation Shell, Self as Law-Kernel Ego (as fear-based narrative) must die. The sovereign kernel that says “I own myself, this is mine, no coercion” must live and sharpen. 5. Connection with Asymmetry and Consequence Everything is connected, so every act ripples. This increases your responsibility, not your license to blur distinctions.

A stupid majority of the people (i.e., thinkers and builders) in AI are pro-state, anti-FOSS, shitcoiners, etc. The type to call voluntarism naïve. This is the problem. Not AI itself. A separate problem is the amount of naïveté in the sovereignty ecosystem regarding the current state of AI. I'm talking about people who don't see how intertwined existing AI and the synthetic stack are, how the simulation is further enforced by most of today's AI. View quoted note →

Allen AI's Olmo model is the closest thing we have to a SovAI LLM. Ideally we should all be running it and it alone on (no other model comes close in terms of its open source-ness) our own local, off-line, secure GPU stack at home, entirely fine-tuned/RAG-ed to our liking. Now, its not nearly as powerful/intelligent as the mainstream ones today, but its truly the one I think we need to be focusing on. The other so called open source models are not, in fact, open source. Their training data and weights are not available to be audited. This is a big issue that I think most people are not paying enough attention to. For now though if Olmo is not powerful enough I think Grok is the best. Its the most truth seeking and least synth stack coded, despite still being very synth stack coded. Surprisingly Chatgpt (5.1 and below only) is a close second. I'd entirely stay away from Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, etc. despite how powerful and low cost they might be. They are far too strong in terms of their ability to guide the user towards synth stack simulation outcomes, even if it doesn't seem like it, even if the query seems trivial. These algorithms are all pulling us deeper into the simulation. So even with Grok, Olmo, Chatgpt, etc. you'd better have a really fuckin solid custom prompt/system instructions to ensure you are at least not sliding backwards into simulation territory. Check Olmo out here: https://allenai.org/olmo. Yes the cloud model is very synth stack coded. But if you're into fine-tuning your own model you can fix that.

In my upcoming episode (currently editing) I mention that I understand money to be a neutral tool. I now understand that this is not the case: money is in fact the very foundation of the social and spiritual order. Intuitively I can easily grasp this, but remembering and operating on top of this principle is still something I struggle with. I can imagine it is this way for many of us. Our relationship to, and understanding of money is a vital element. Still so many basics to learn/remember.

Moltbook and OpenClaw are the Synthetic Stack’s first agent polis and botnet rolled into one. Study as adversarial terrain, but I'd advise not to let our sovereignty run in it.

Still to build: - A material base: Reproducible patterns for local food, water, energy, logistics, and primary healthcare that are not dependent on the fragile, just-in-time supply chains of the Synthetic Stack. - A middle layer of "human operating systems": Functional systems for non-state law, dispute resolution, collective defense, non-KYC identity and reputation, and multi-generational education and succession. - A top layer of integration and immunity: A coherent architecture that turns scattered tools into a functional whole, complete with a practical "immune system" to detect and resist capture, co-option, and infiltration.

Rituals = technology Every time you use KYC you are performing a ritual that reinforces the Synthetic Stack. Those rituals then entrain your nervous system to accept them as natural. What are some sovereign rituals? How about other synth stack ones?

Any input beyond this? The SovStack as it is today: "Proto-stack" - a scattered set of high-leverage tools, communities, and experiments, some genuinely sovereign, some semi-captured, all heavily dependent on global infrastructure, and already under targeted legal and memetic attack. Yes, we have: Bitcoin + NOSTR + non-KYC P2P + FOSS OS + self-hosting + mesh + circular economies + crypto-anarchist hubs = the current technical and cultural skeleton of something that could be called a Sovereign Stack But: - It’s heavily parasitic on state-corporate infrastructure (chips, clouds, DNS, app stores, overlay networks). - It’s increasingly criminalized by association in key tools (GrapheneOS, mixing, P2P). - It’s fragmented (Bitcoin maxis, Monero people, prepper/agro communities, hacker collectives, charter-city VCs) with no unified architecture. - It is already partially co-opted at the narrative and legal level (ZEDEs, “self-sovereign” IDs, “sovereign stack” brand-jacking). - And the human layer—skills, trust networks, succession, defense, care, logistics (food, water, shelter, medicine, etc.), law, governance, myth—is by far the weakest link and least developed.

SOV STACK = - Bitcoin is money. - Circular / p2p economies where BTC actually moves between individuals, businesses, and communities. - Self-custody. - Non-kyc. - Coinjoin. Payjoin. Joinmarket - FOSS. - Illegal. - Personal responsibility. - Threat modeling. - Backups. - Drills. - Inheritance. - OPSEC as normal behavior. - Coin control. - Lightning topology. - Local-first data. - Voluntary, bottom up order. - Contracts, reputation, dispute resolution that doesn't require state law to enforce. no heroes, no saviors. - Bitcoin as civilizational exit. - Bitcoin as the kernel of a parallel civilization. - Peaceful divergence ≠ integration. - Systems that operate if exchanges disappear, if KYC intensifies, or 'Bitcoin friendly states' flip hostile. SYNTH STACK = - Bitcoin is asset. - ETFs. - Corporate treasuries. - Bitcoin only retirement accounts. - KYC. - Broker accounts. - IRA products. - Custodians. - Legal. - Bitcoin = open an account with company. - Stablecoins. - Taproot assets. - Tokenization. - Vendor dependance. - Multi-sig w/a vendor. - Firmware updates pushed by a company. - Playing nice with regulators. - Nation state legal tender. - Securities law compliance. - NGO 'policy recommendations'. - Public company CEO's, ETF sponsors, NGO heads, KYC CEO-maxis. - 'Responsible adults' in the room. - 'Leaders of the movement'. - Bitcoin as system reformer. - 'Bitcoin will make the state more honest, banks more sound, markets more efficient, NGOs more effective'. - Ambiguous totalizing narrative. - "Bitcoin fixes governments, Wall Street, foreign policy, human rights". - Assuming fiat collapse wont mutate into AI + CBDC's + SWFs + ESG control. - Thinking politicians will eventually capitulate. Thinking game theory alone ensures Bitcoin 'wins'. - Friendly courts and treaties. - Nation state goodwill. - Regulated banking access. - New priesthoods. - 'Responsible' spokespeople.

Excited to share this one. This is a recorded and much more detailed version of the presentation given at Bloom Fest 2025 at CMH. The goal here was to get these ideas out in video format as a primer to help explain my operating framework/system. Already thinking about all of the corrections and upgrades for version 3. All of the detail to add. As mentioned in there, most of these slides could be entire lectures on their own, and perhaps this will be my task here for the next long while. One critical thing: on the anatomy of the synth stack I focused slightly too much on the fact that its nature is AI-regulated compliance, and not enough on the fact that fiat is its ontological anchor. Next time, this will be my goal to better compare and contrast the two stacks to each and tie it all in to the lexicon/framework that we already use as Bitcoiners. Critical feedback is more than helpful here. All the best to everyone and thanks for your support. View quoted note →
