Doing transactions using your own node is one of the best ways to support BIP-110 and the Bitcoin network in general. You can do on-chain transactions for:
*Coinjoin (highest impact, lots of transactions, improves privacy of you and other ppl)
*Buying your daily goods using

*Finding local businesses that accept on-chain payments using

*Go to the NOSTR marketplace and find people selling food, clothes, gadgets and other fun and/or necessary things.
*Open a (or several) lightning channel(s).
*Donate to a charity using The Giving Block
*Give Bitcoin as a gift at birthday parties, baby showers, weddings, etc.
*Donate to Thomas Massie's re-election campaign.
*Give BTC as tips for various services.
*Give BTC to friends instead of Venmo when you go out to eat, etc.
