where the easy road ends is where you start to grow. 💫 damn i just broke my ankle 2 months ago on the downhill from morgenberghorn. big impact in my life but im glad im used to it. so i did the best out of it. after the first 2 weeks, where i was a bit in a hole, i pushed myself out of it and started moving again. slowly, painful.. mobility, strenght training, biking, walking, hiking to running. worked on my nutrition, private stuff, and a new project im gonna start soon. stay tuned. here on the 6th week of recovery i blessed myself with this hike. life is like riding a bicycle. to keep your balance, you must keep moving. take bad energy and turn it into power. lessons are life, life is lessons. #trailrunning #hiking #sunset #autumn #switzerland #swissmountains #sunsetlover🌅 #life

broke my ankle on the downhill. 🥲🤕 avulsion fracture. 8 weeks off. it was one of these days when you tell your friends, i just go for a quick sunset ridge, im back soon and then it happened. what a absolutely perfect sunset i catched here on the leissiggrat to morgenberghorn. just wonderful. there was still a touch of summer mixed with some autumn air. the colours shiny and light. the climb was so perfect i decided to do a drone shot. maybe here i lost these 5min that made me push so fast down from the summit to catch that bus. it was dark and slippery like crazy. in the forest the trail was destroyed from heavy rain and cows.. then on the good trail it happened. after 4 years without a major injurie. i twisted my ankle so bad you could hear it, the sound was so loud and i knew that was not just a twist like it happen sometimes. idk why i didnt just chill on the summit and take the next bus down at the lake that would come 1h later. i always take time to enjoy the scenery and dont hurry to much but here i was like, hm 1h? Im gonna smash this! and ja, i smashed.. i smached my face on the ground. and hiked almost 2 hours down in the dark with a broken ankle. what i learned from this? f#% that bus! f%# dinner! just chill & enjoy that goddamn summit. #trailrunning #mountains #sunset #swissalps #switzerland #nature #outdoors #adventure #injured

3 wild peaks over 3'000m in 5 days. 😎🏃🏽‍♂️🧗🏽‍♂️ from wallis to berner oberland. on the hottest days of the year. cooked on every single peak. i was the only one on every summit in the middle of the season. that says a lot about my choices haha ok it was always a very technical mountain (T5+ - T6 II) and absolutely freaking hot. but it felt wild and soo peaceful. 90km and +8'500m of elevation 24h on majestic trails. next to aletschgletscher, fieschergletscher, balmhorngletscher, kanderfirn and crossing the riedgletscher. the diversity of the trees, the rock, the grass, the air is so stunning. one thing was the same on all these places.. it was crazy hot. a week that felt like 1month holidays. Grosses Bigerhorn 3'626m (VS) Strahlhorn 3'026m (VS) Altels 3'630m (BE) sometimes i miss to share this with someone but i feel everytime like moving thru my own world. so much joy and happiness, shaking everything off that was on me down in the valley. here is different. but real. out there i connect with the wild animal in me and it feels like i never did something else. forever exploring! #switzerland #valaiswallis #berneroberland #trailrunning #ultrarunning #alpinism #mountains #swissalps #adventure #outdoors

BRIENZ TO LOCARNO. 🥴 nort - south alps crossing. 133km | +6'200m | 24h moving | 47h total. solo, ultralight, and unsupported. one hell of a run. to heaven, back to hell and back to heaven again. what should i say..? these are the days of grow. oh man that was BEAUTIFUL! super super ROUGH in many ways.. high temperatures, dried up streams, a thunderstorm in the back. But everything matched in the end like a puzzle. i tried to catch these 47h hours in 90sec. damn that everything happened in 47 hours..🤯 the feeling of going so wild and light into the mountains is something animalistic. pure, honest, challenging. so many things happen in your mind, your soul, the body. its like diving deep into the real life without really recognize in the moment.. you are just there.. moving, breathing, being in this moment. this time was hard.. i ran out of water and there was nothing for hours on a big climb with no shade and 36°C in the valley. but i knew there will be a nice lake on 2'500m and the thunderstorm in the back pushed me over the last pass. i did it, alone, starting in the night with a 6kg backpack. this was my 10th nort-south alps crossing in this style. second time on this route. didnt need a gps or map. the trail was still in my head. sleeping bag, down jacket, windstoper, mini toothbrush, mini suncreme, spare socks, spare shirt, headlamp, powerbank, gas cooker, cooking container, first aid kit, rescue blanket, reflective vest, 20gels, 10bars, 3×forclaz meals, 2snickers and some special isomix. #mountains #alps #switzerland #italy #trailrunning #ultrarunning #mountainlover #nature #outdoors #adventure #life

moments of pureness. 🌌 where everything feels on his right place. just here and now. felt like the universe speaked to me "dude so cool you are here right now. here i give you something nice" after a mindblowing sunset on the icy northridge climb. there was this epic light on the summit and the temperature felt down quicky to -15°C. it was to cold for my shoe in this powder. my feet numb, fingers too. phone died too and had no plan if i need to wait for the train and how long the downhill will take me. just said to myself, chill.. no hurries, everything will match. just dont lose the "trail" and take the first step 300m down in this deep snow easy.. enjoy it! its adventure. you need to now a mountain pretty good to make the right desicions in difficult conditions and to stay on the right way when there is none. i arrived frozen after 1h45min down at the station and had to wait 2min. some would say is luck.. i would say, i was just there where i had to be at this day. . . @madeinbern @niesenbahn @lasportivadach @goprode #niesen #niesenkulm #berneroberland #switzerland #swissalps #mountains #winter #sunset #trailrunning #alpinism #skyporn #gopro #outdoors
