image Homemade chicken broth is so easy to make and taste way better than store bought. This broth is made with chicken bones from a roasted chicken after all the meat have been removed. I also added all of the vegetables scraps that I save in the freezer. For the liquid, I use the liquid from boiling kale and cabbage that I freezed to use specifically for this. Eating healthy does not have to be complicated. It was late and I didn’t have any cooked protein ready to go, so I scrambled some eggs, add some air fryer sweet potato fries, and topped it with avocado and hot sauce. Easy peasy. #grownostr #nostrhealth #nostrnutrition image
