Americans should be paying very close attention to what's happening in Venezuela right now, and not dismiss it as something that could never happen here. These people all thought the same thing several years ago.

Just to offer a couple points of perspective for those who feel disappointed about the clear lack of preparation or depth demonstrated in Trump's Bitcoin 2024 speech: 1. It would have been a big deal just for him to show up at the conference for a photo op, let alone deliver a keynote speech. Just 3 years ago, all our minds were blown that we had a former congressman, a couple mayors, and the president of El Salvador engage the bitcoin community. People need to zoom out and appreciate the level of acceleration that is occurring. 2. I would encourage folks to just listen to a few minutes of ANY Trump speech on any topic or industry. When he talks to the auto industry workers, do we think he's doing his homework and saying anything super insightful, well-informed, or thought-out, which showcases his nuanced understanding of their issues? The Nashville speech was just Trump doing his usual thing, the usual way. What matters is that he was there, and he and his people are engaged with us. It really is a big deal, and is not the let-down you think it is.

NOSTR -> echo chamber of optimism. Everything else -> echo chamber of outrage. Fascinating what liberty does to a network.
