Here’s a TLDR: - reduces block space for inscriptions and complex transactions to 1MB - blocks with normal transactions can still occupy up to 4MB - uses Satoshi’s double-hash method to enable pruning of OP_RETURNs without breaking the ability to reverify the block’s Merkle Tree
