Another day, another cool lightning wallet adding NWC yet all the 2.0 feeds still have keysend addresses. 😔

#metadata Had a chat with @npub1zyl7...mw3t last night about this Nostr and metadata stuff and I realized what the real probably is. Metadata has always been broken. We have always had Helipad on nodes and any other alternatives has always fallen short. Fountain, Alby dashboard, Satoshi.stream (maybe?), Wavlake app and site. If you've always used Helipad you don't know this problem exist. I've heard @npub1n7ch...qf7l and @npub1zjla...llqq talk about this a lot.

I'm working on this site right now and it can use any NWC wallet or some other stuff I haven't tested yet but if it's not an Alby wallet it fails because of most feeds only having keysend and Alby being the only NWC wallet that pays keysend. I still get lost in all of this word salad but the sats are flowing!!

I added an episode 2 to the LNURL test feed I made with some fellow podcasters in it that's all lnurl addresses minus the PI split if anyone needs one for testing. Seemed to be working last night. Fountain and PodcastGuru seem to work. Castamatic and Podverse only see the PI keysend address which is probably b/c they cant parse the lnurl addresses. Happy testing!

I have this cheap amazon one from doing online courses before that I think sounds ok but i seem to make mouth sounds and breath in the mic alot and listening back it really bugs me. Id like to not go over $100. im on one of the new mac minis fwiw. current setup :)

To help Alby test out their new wallet stuff I’ve drained my Alby wallet and will only be using it with my own node going forward so any sats received from apps that use Alby will be sent from my own node going forward.

I don’t know what to do with it yet but I have a Bolt12 address/payment code. This is Zeus 9.0 alpha8 connected to a core-lightning node.
