Other than Al, is there any other industry that is as negative about its own impact on humanity? Even the people building weapons of mass destruction generally consider themselves saviors of civilization.
How are v4v podcasts doing? What’s your go-to Nostr podcast app? Or should podcasts not be on Nostr?
So far, the main reasons the moon is interesting for space travel are:
- Lots of grade A historic sites
- Lots of junk for a moon museum
- Cool sea AND mountain view
Nostr feels it’s now getting flooded with bots. Very curious and also lightly frightened what this will do to the social fabric of this young network and the conversations we’re having.
I didn’t stack sats today. I went out and spent some. Both merchants showed their gratitude. I’m so happy they take Bitcoin.

Despite the importance of railroads throughout America’s history and the rich heritage of private railway cars, there have only been two Presidential Rail Cars, and no Presidential Train. The first car was built for Abraham Lincoln in 1865, and the second for Roosevelt in 1942. In between, U.S. presidents just booked regular train cars. British monarchs have had an entire Royal Train at their disposal since 1897, and the current Royal Train is still in service today (but won’t be for long).

The second and maybe even more comfortable lounge on the Canadian, located in the Skyline car. This car also features a dome, underneath which there is a small bar where you can buy snacks and drinks. On the other side is a small dining area with TV. The tables are also often used to play board games, in winter they screen (train themed) movies and documentaries. Depending on how busy the train gets, there may be two of these Skyline cars, and there may even be a chef selling freshly prepared hot meals to economy class passengers, who don’t have access to the restaurant car.
