Dear @npub17cuf...rcg7 , I read your article about your initiative for new licenses for dataset holders in the AI industry. Let’s be clear: I do not want to re-license my hundreds of CC-By comic pages to please AI giants. I wish you would support CC artists suffering from massive plagiarism. You should enforce your own existing licenses against AI mass crawling. It seems you’ve joined the battle only after the casualties and still managed to side with the wrong people.

I did a four-page short comic for Le Lombard (Belgian publisher), it was a contribution to a big book project in French, featuring 24 other comic artists; an "advent calendar" book for Christmas. XP-Pen sent me their new Artist Pro 16 (Gen2): they were curious if I could get it to work under Gnu/Linux without their proprietary driver. Result: after a long evening of trial and error, tweaking Digimend/X11/xsetwacom, almost everything works now. 🎉 Of course, the deal is that if it works, I have to document it like I did with the Artist 24 Pro. So expect it soon™. Btw, this one will stay on my desk: I had a serious crush on it while testing: super low latency & low parallax. 😍

My first attempt at recording when I'm sketching with a ballpoint pen. I couldn't say that I was relaxed enough when I started recording, as I had problems with video, focus, camera shake, light, saving the recording, resolution, etc. But it was a first test and I'm sharing it for curiosity. Goal: To record a drawing class and post it on my main channel.

There is a large exhibition dedicated to my artworks in a supermarket in Plérin, France, from today until 11 November. ☺️ Yay! Many comic pages and illustration were printed in big.
