I was once on 1k push-ups a day. 500 morning, 500 before bed. 50 bicep curls. 200 dips before bed. That was like 20 years ago lol. Been on and off the workouts over the years, but never this abysmal. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Back on it while I’ve been in the cave over the past few weeks. 🏋🏾‍♂️ Sunny Sunday so I’m off to touch grass and get some Calisthenics in before I get back to building. 🌿 Don’t let healthcare escape you! 💪🏾
