A trip through New York City in 1911. 🗽 It was filmed by a team of cameramen with the Swedish company Svenska Biografteatern. The cameramen were sent around the world to take photos and videos of well-known places. The footage is originally in black and white, and has no sound, YouTuber Denis Shiryaev colored the video and youtuber Guy Jones added sound to the video. Neural network-powered Al algorithms were used to ‘upscale’ the footage so all the images appear clearer, sharper and coloured.
