There's finally a quality app for editing and annotating screenshots on GNOME. I gave it a try, and it's exactly what I was waiting for: https://flathub.org/en/apps/be.alexandervanhee.gradia I love the blur-out tool for obscuring parts of the image, but all the other ones also work really well.

One thing that's interesting to me is when FOSS creators complain about LLMs "stealing" "private" code. Isn't it actually amazing how you can use the LLMs' knowledge of that code for creating more FOSS now? Epic win in my book. Free ALL THE CODE! ✊

Is there any Nostr event kind for reviews that includes a property for a rating/score? I.e. "4 out of 5 stars", like GMaps or Amazon. I'm adding Nostr place reviews (with photos) for OSM POIs to my new unhosted maps app this week, and I don't want to reinvent the wheel. /cc @BTC Map

I don't think we all use the same definition for the term "censorship resistance":

Censorship Resistance

A permissioned network with known validators, of which you only need to compel a third to censor transactions or freeze funds, is almost the opposite of "censorship-resistant" in my book. Maybe I'm missing something? 🤔
