THE ENERGY-TO-VALUE FRAMEWORK 1. "The Input is the Output." Everything you put in—your thoughts, your focus, your discipline—is what emerges in your reality. There is no separation between what you do and what you get. Reality is a mirror, not a mystery. Every action is an input into the system. And the system, whether personal growth or Bitcoin, outputs exactly what was earned. 2. "The Intent, the Intensity, the Vibration, the Resonance." Intent is your aim. It’s purpose. Without it, energy scatters. Intensity is how much energy you apply to that intent. It shapes the path. Vibration is your internal state—the frequency of your thoughts and feelings. It determines what you're capable of perceiving or receiving. Resonance occurs when your vibration aligns with a larger truth or force (e.g. the Bitcoin network, the market, the mission). It amplifies your signal. You stop fighting the current and start channeling it. 3. "Focused energy is the creation." All creation is a product of focused energy. Focus turns potential into form. It shapes chaos into code, disorder into discipline, ideas into infrastructure. Bitcoin, too, is focused energy—transmuted into incorruptible time-stamped truth. 4. "Energy is the ultimate currency." Time is measured in energy. Movement, growth, power—everything begins and ends with energy. Bitcoin quantifies and memorializes spent energy, proving productive capacity in a way no fiat system ever could. 5. "Supply and Demand is the ultimate equilibrium." The need for energy is infinite. The supply must adapt. This is not just economic—it’s spiritual. Where there is great need, great power will rise to meet it. Bitcoin is how energy finds its highest use—via perfect market demand. 6. "Human flourishing is a function of energy intake." No light, no growth. The more energy we can harness, the greater our capacity to create, explore, and expand. Bitcoin is the monetary reflection of civilization’s energy metabolism. 7. "Bitcoin is the Network." Not just a currency. Not just a ledger. It’s a global feedback loop for energy, time, value, and proof. It demands energy. And rewards it. It brings order to entropy. It is the most secure and incorruptible system for storing human effort and time. 8. "The battlefield is the marketplace. The weapons are products, services, and ideas." You are already at war. Every second. With inertia, with stagnation, with mediocrity. Your weapons are what you create. Your output. Victory is not destruction, but out-creation. Bitcoin doesn’t eliminate the old system by attacking it—it simply outlasts and outperforms. 9. "We destroy our enemies by blowing past them at such speed and intensity..." The goal is not to fight. It’s to move so fast, build so well, and create with such force that you leave nothing for them to catch. You force your competitors to evolve or die. We all move forward together by competing intensely against one another. 10. "If you don’t focus your energy, you lose it." The system is cold and fair. Entropy claims all unfocused energy. This is true in physics. True in business. True in Bitcoin. Focus is the only way to store and transmit energy. Focus is the only way to create.

The path to a better world is through inspiration and relentless pursuit. A world where individuals are driven to always pursue their best selves, to seek growth, improvement, and their highest purpose. But growth does not come without struggle. The battlefield is the marketplace. The weapons are products, services, and ideas. And victory comes only through fierce competition. We do not merely seek to surpass our adversaries—we ruthlessly destroy them. Not through deception, not through suppression, but through pure, undeniable excellence. We obliterate our enemies by moving with such speed, intensity, and innovation that they are forced to either evolve or be left in the dust. The destruction we cause is not chaos—it is creative destruction. In the void left behind, new ideas, new industries, and new possibilities emerge. This is how we all move forward—by forcing each other to grow, by demanding excellence, by making complacency impossible. The battle never ends, because the moment it does, stagnation begins. We forge the future not by waiting, but by winning.

Supply and demand is the ultimate equilibrium. Energy is the foundation of all progress—an insatiable force that must be continuously produced to sustain civilization. The fiercer the demand, the more explosive and innovative the supply must become. Human flourishing is a direct function of energy consumption. The greater the intake, the higher the level of advancement, productivity, and expansion. As flourishing increases, so does the capacity to scale further, unlocking new frontiers of possibility. Bitcoin is the network. It is the most efficient and incorruptible energy sink humanity has ever built. The more energy we direct into Bitcoin, the more we strengthen its security, resilience, and capacity to absorb economic inefficiencies. In return, it rewards us with a perfect store of value—energy transformed into incorruptible digital property. The network always demands more energy. The more we feed Bitcoin, the more we empower ourselves. As Bitcoin consumes stranded, wasted, or underutilized energy, it transforms inefficiency into strength, volatility into stability, and raw power into lasting value. By feeding Bitcoin, we do not lose energy; we refine it into its purest, most indestructible form.

Energy is the ultimate currency. The Bitcoin network has already received over $2 trillion in compensation for its role as the most secure ledger of spent energy. Energy producers, in turn, have compensated miners with billions for consuming energy that would otherwise go to waste. Every individual chooses where to direct their energy. As more people recognize the power of allocating energy to Bitcoin—where proof of its expenditure is immortalized in the blockchain—the greater the drive to participate. It's a cycle: proof creates trust, trust attracts energy, and energy reinforces the network. The lesson: Focus determines impact. Without focus, energy disperses, lost to the noise of distraction. But with focus, energy is transformed into work that matters, work that endures. In Bitcoin, energy isn't just used; it’s preserved, stored, and validated, creating a perpetual feedback loop. Miners convert physical energy into monetary energy, demonstrating that energy is both the source and the signal of value. Focus is not just all you need; it’s what transforms fleeting effort into enduring legacy. Energy is everything—when wielded with intent.

Imagine a bitcoin world. Where the governments/states money is held in bitcoin, in a multisig n of n wallet, where every taxpaying citizen holds a key, and in order for government to spend, 51% of the people have to sign the transaction.

Can someone demystify this for me. My current Phoenix wallet liquidity xxx, xxx.xx if I want liquidity of x,xxx, xxx.xx it cost $23 dollars. I sent +1 million sats from strike to the wallet(more liquidity then I have). And there was an on chain fee of a few dollars. But that did not increase the channel size.(due to technical details I don't understand) Had I have purchased sufficient liquidity, there would be no on chain fee, so long as I stay within my liquidity limit. But any time I attempt to exceed that limit, sending or receiving, there will be an on chain fee?

It sounds like some folks out there ate using AI to chop every breath and pause out of their audio. Hear it on coin stories, and AI Unchained on fountain. It's sounds weird, fake, and I hate, and I hope it doesn't become the standard...

I've had a node going running for awhile. Umbrel and start 9. And both offer all kinds of other services to run on "you're personal server " but I never found many of them useful, and often hard to set up. (Alot more so on Umbrel, less documentation) I've been learning how to use Linux with the help of chatGPT for some time now too, and just went through a course in cyber security on cybrary. I've built a cheap server with eBay parts. It's running Linux, and UmbrelOS. I'm finding thay most almost all the apps offered on Umbrel are easy to set up directly on the Linux "server" rather then via UmbrelOS..... just sharing my thoughts I guess...
