The industrial agricultural production gives tasteless fruits and vegetables, besides being poor in nutrients.
Until then I thought it was just the inexorable result of aiming at economic efficiency.
Then I started to doubt.
May there be, beyond least cost production, an intention to degrade the taste of unprocessed food?
Are we pushed to industrial cuisine, augmented with salt, sugars and addictive additives?
The more I think about it, the less naive I feel.

Ultimately, freedom is having your time at your disposal.
If learning and using freedom tech requires too much time, doesn't it become alienating too?
Many people will actually find more freedom in using proprietary tech because it gives them the most direct access to the free use of their time.
Until their attention gets stolen of course.

Auto / "smart" playlists would be great too.
GoneMAD was the only one I found which does all of this but it is not open source and switched from a paying model to a free with ads model. So I'm reluctant to update it...
