Why can't bitcoiners just hodl or DAC and wait for halving? The main reason is that halving, in theory, only doubles bitcoin price if the mass adoption stays the same(do nothing). Purely hodling can't realize bitcoin's value. Or even just DAC or buying bitcoin yourself can't make much difference comparing with half trillion total value bitcoin is right now. Very simple mathematics: Demand / supply + fiat depreciation = price movement bitcoin is NEVER deflationary. There is only new supply. And the supply is halved every four years. bitcoin supply is definite. Don't think about supply(halving). Think about demand! "I am just buying" That's not enough. Try to spend and earn bitcoin at the same time to let more people know bitcoin!¹
