”Bitcoin is property” because it's a long term inheritable investment scarce as Real State but fungible, divisible and portable.
I've been thinking about the mining/energy geopolitical implications and the game theory that could unwind if major countries ban bitcoin and others embrace it.
About Blackrock ETF:
They won't hard fork it- hard forks have been attempted and failed (measuring by hashrate), I think they want to make money on fees and also know that the USA is incentivized to hold BTC for strategic geopolitical reasons.
As for the tagging holders as terrorists they could try, the game theory in play here is that with your corn you can move to more favorable countries (long before it gets nasty).
bitcoin is becoming a global political force human race has never seen before, not because of politicians, but because opting-in in this new money system is a new form of vote
nations states are losing importance in the collective imaginary as online socialization removes the physical limitations for communication
in this context and in a long enough timeframe the only two parties that will play the political game are globalist organizations (WEF, UN et al.) and bitcoiners
this will lead either to ultra-controlled societies or consensus based ones
