At 20 years old, after migrating and returning to my country, my outbreak was the strongest, it was so bad that I didn't even want to leave the house, my whole body was full of lesions, I felt like a monster, so I went to a dermatologist, she gave me my diagnosis, he explained to me that many times this disease is governed by stress and he prescribed some very strong pills that honestly managed to terrify me since they were prescribed for cancer, I was very afraid of going so hard on my body and I decided to try to understand a little more than what my skin was going through. There I discovered for the first time what psoriasis was and that I had inherited it from my mother. She told me how since she was a teenager she had outbreaks on her legs and back because of how desperate her itching was. My brother and I inherited the disease, so I was not so alone morally, my mother with her infinite love made me a thousand home-made and natural remedies that I could take so that my skin would improve.
