Living in micro-managed global system based on money that is rapidly evolving into a totalitarian technocracy will trigger all with some values of freedom and natural human expression but all real changes starts from within.
💪
"Although Anger may lead to homicide and war, as an energy level within itself it is much further removed from death than those below it. Anger can lead to either constructive or destructive action. As people move out of Apathy and Grief to overcome Fear as a way of life, they begin to want; Desire leads to frustration, which in turn leads to Anger. Thus, Anger can be a fulcrum by which the oppressed are eventually catapulted to freedom. Anger over social injustice, victimization, and inequality has created great movements that led to major changes in the structure of society.
But Anger expresses itself most often as resentment and revenge and is, therefore, volatile and dangerous. Anger as a lifestyle is exemplified by irritable, explosive people who are oversensitive to slights and become "injustice collectors," quarrelsome, belligerent, or litigious.
Since Anger stems from frustrated want, it is based on the energy field below it. Frustration results from exaggerating the importance of desires. The angry person may, like a frustrated infant, go into a rage. Anger leads easily to hatred, which has an erosive effect on all areas of a person's life."

Ah' the good old days, so many memories! Top 5 advices for surviving and thriving in this psychopathic system based on "money" continues to be:
1. Don't think for yourself, you are not an expert 🥸
2. Avoid the healer in the sky 🌞
3. Remember to vote harder 💸
4. Do not turn off the Tell-a-lie-Vision 👁
5. Definitely do not go to my website and find the blogposts called "Propaganda: The science of persuasion" or "Technocracy: The rape of the mind" ✌️
What memories are you not allowed to remember?
Thanks to facebook for this memory of the height of my poker "career" (addiction) playing in Las Vegas after winning a ticket and a trip for two in an online satellite tournament. It was a mixed experience overall and being pale as a ghost and terrified of the healer in the sky I did not enjoy the desert pool parties much. I played a lot of poker though!
🌞
Being curious, learning new things and reframing are powerful tools for life. I do not play poker anymore and I would not recommend it. I do still enjoy key aspects of it such as reading people and patterns, taking calculated risks and analysing situations without having all the information available. The big difference is that I now use these skills to help others heal from the past and the future.
👀
A quote I like goes something like:
"If you feel regret you are living in the past, if you feel anxious you are living in the future, if you feel peace you are living in the present." What from your past could you, by refraiming and changing perspective, turn into a valuable lesson to find more peace now?
✌️
I have a video about gratitude and reframing on my website.

Pura vida crewet (dem der har været i Costa Rica) hyggede i går på en kølig og våd dansk sommerdag.
