Even though I need money badly, I still send some to may BCHNostr built-in wallet just so I can send tips to contents that I like or brings value. It's my way of contributing to BCH chain by making transactions not just holding all tips "zapped" that I received. When you make transactions (zapped) it's a way of helping BCH blockchain generate data that nodes verify and miners bundles it into block which ultimately settles your payment on the distributed ledger. By sending tips you can help Bitcoin Cash blockchain by: 1. You help incentivize miners because along with the amount we send it also requires a lil transaction fees to process your payment. However, BCH is one of the few coins that has very little to no tx fees. So you can't fee the tx fees.. it's just too small unlike other coins. 2. Network activity and utility. Once you make transactions you are using BCH as digital payment which is it's core value. By sending tips to other users you actively use the network and it increases BCH utility and real-world adoption of the blockchain. 3. Decentralization. If you tip other user, it proves that BCH blockchain remains decentralized and highly scalable as it process your transaction inputs and outputs (UTXO model) across independent nodes. TIPPING "ZAPPED" OTHER USERS HELPS BCH, so let's practice doing it not just holding it or directly swapping it into fiat (local currency). HOW TE BE AN EFFECTIVE BCHNOSTR USER? If you want to contribute to the platform's development here's how you can be an effective BCHNostr: 1. First, just use the platform like how you use social media BUT share valuable contents, something that helps other users learn something. You don't have to topic BCH alone just to capture the platform whales (Prime Archetict) especially if your understanding about BCH is not that deep. I've seen some user's trying hard to post about BCH and some of them are just AI generated which I'm pretty sure they don't understand it themselves as well. This is where Value-4-Value (V4V) comes in, if your content is valuable enough it encourages readers to send you some rewards, not base on your efforts or your topic. It is based on the value you've given to your audience. Organic engagement is also a must. Engage to your post comments and engage to other post as well organically. If you want to contribute to BCH chain, tip other users that shares valuable contents. BCHNostr and other BCH powdered platforms are created to support BCH blockchain, to create more active wallet. Once a new user joins, a new BCH wallet is created and when that wallet send and receive BCH it becomes an active wallet. When more active wallet is on chain, it's purpose as digital money materialized aside from the merchant accepting BCH as payment. When you tip other users, you are doing peer-to-peer transactions which means sending money to other people without middleman, you have the control or freedom to send money across borders without centralized authority doing the transaction for you. 3. Share BCHNostr to spread the platform. Again when more users comes in, more new wallet is being created on BCH chain, you know the more the merrier. But you must explain how the platform works and that it isn't a guarantee that they'll earn instant money. It all depends when other users find value on their content. 4. Avoid spam and help the platform grows. You must avoid posting a lot that doesn't bring value or posting frequently just to farm tips. Always remember quality over quantity. If you want your content to stand out ALWAYS PROVIDE VALUE in what you post, coz that's what triggers other users to send you a tip "zapped." Help the platform grows by spreading positivity. Report bugs or suggest features that helps the platform runs seamlessly to provide us a better and enjoyable experience. I tried to be an active user on Reddit just so I can post and share BCHNostr in Bitcoincash subreddit however, I only have 9 Karma. And Reddit is very strict even in commenting it needs to meet the karma requirements. And the moderator keeps removing my comments lol. The difference between centralized and decentralized platform, there's a lot of weird rules just to be active.. or maybe it's their way of preventing spam? #reddit #centralizedplatform
