Saylor announce a #bitcoin buy of $742.4M in Bitcoin from proceeds of the Preferred Shares as well as some ATM issuance. This adds 7,633 BTC to the #strategy treasury for a new total of 478,740 Bitcoin. .5M is within STRKing distance

Alright that was a long week off without a #microstategy (now #strategy) BTC purchase. Michael Saylor has signaled another buy last week. We will see how much tomorrow, but I think we can count on at least $560M. We are back! #bitcoin

#Microstrategy released the pricing and total raised through their first preferred shares offering. The preferred share will be priced at $80 with an $8 annual dividend. They were oversubscribed on the offering, going from $250M to $584M. After fees we are looking a at a #bitcoin smash buy of around $563M once settled on Wednesday 02/05/25. Another (accretive) way for Microstrategy to keep accumulating. .5M BTC in the crosshairs.

I wasn’t planning on buying Bitcoin this week but just went down to 27K … Guess I’ll find a way.

I did it, I wrapped my ETH and sold it at a loss. Going to use all of that to buy more Bitcoin. Feels great to be Bitcoin only now.
