Hi everyone, I wrote a book. I am a professor of Marketing and International Business at a school in Washington State, USA. I wrote a book about what happens to a young professional's business career when AI can do all of the early-career work faster (and potentially better) than you can. After the Grind isn't about whether AI will change work. It will. It's about the four kinds of human value that become more important, not less, when machines handle the routine stuff.
