Bonjour nostr! I ran into an issue yesterday with the Peach Bitcoin app and their wallet. My latest transaction isn't showing up in my balance or my transaction history. I can only see the history in the trade tab, with the exchange icon, and the transaction is already confirmed in the mempool. The issue actually comes from an address gap limit problem, there were too many unused new addresses generated between my last incoming transaction and yesterday's. Most wallets are set to scan about 20 addresses, if it goes past this limit, the transaction and its balance simply won't display in the wallet. Luckily, Peach is self-custody your account is your seed, and you can use it with any Bitcoin wallet. I fixed the issue with the Peach team, who advised me to import my seed into Nunchuk and increase the gap limit to 200. While this issue should be fixed in an upcoming Peach app update, they recommended that users with older accounts create a brand new account after the update. This will avoid using old addresses that could trigger the exact same problem again. #peachapp #peachbitcoin
