Gen AI and decentralized ledgers are opposing but complementary technologies. The former makes information increasingly easy to fake and increasingly hard to verify, the latter makes information increasingly hard to falsify and increasingly easy to verify. This opposing asymetric relationship will be crucial to the creation of a stable future in the light of deep paradigm shifts.

I've been trying to get one of my client's projects to 100% unit testing coverage for 2 years without success. Opus 4.5 did it in the past 2 days.

I got my first PR to an Open Source Bitcoin project approved and merged, it was to fix a bug in a very popular wallet. I'm so happy 😃

Last night I created a prompt with some fixes needed in my current client's project. It was taking too long so I just left it running and went to sleep, this morning the task was complete with no errors. It took 2 hours.

This week the company's AI dev agent completed one of my tasks end to end for the first time. I just gave it the ticket link for the story, it got all the details from there, developed the task, created the PR and added a comment to the story asking for review. It was a first, but a clear glance of what is coming.

I find it funny that many AI haters spend their days arguing with bots on Twitter and watching generated reels.
