such a business model kills creativity and innovation in so many different ways.
What about all this overqualified talents? they often find themselves pushed to start their own businesses using government-funded services in a market dominated by corporate interests that makes creativity and innovation difficult. Thus they end up taking apart of the business of developing countries copying business models of first world countries and so on.
Because they tie their success to the outcomes of an already existing system, there is very little room for creativity or innovation.
Corporate agendas in developing countries are largely copied from first world countries and work best when hiring fresh graduates or with no market experience because it is easier to train them to follow certain models rules; either ways you are overqualified.
Ambition wise, too old to participate in the market-place locally, just in a perfect age to participate everywhere else.
