so truth be told it’s the first BIP I’ve ever read but it seems like BIP-361 really isn’t very rigorous. It’s less a technical proposal and more a vague idea? They don’t even specify how a post quantum output would work or look like or recommend a specific implementation for anything, is this typical of BIPs? I would not call this a finished proposal.
