Latest over-the-air release brings an important fix for #Minibits iOS users: the app was picking ecash transaction inputs in a way that used too much memory, and iOS would kill the process mid-transaction. The fix resolves those memory issues and also adds auto-recovery for sats that got stuck in pending. Android and iOS users both benefit. The update improves performance, and if the app ever gets killed while you're making a transaction, it now auto-recovers on the next restart. Sending ecash on 1% battery? Now with peace of mind.

Minibits mint now has a Watchdog 🐶 Watchdog is a new open-source tool that continuously monitors the mint and alerts the operator to any unexpected drifts in the mint’s funds or ecash issuance. It also tracks dozens of additional detailed metrics. We have started publishing some of these metrics on our website.
