Weighted jump rope & heavy bag combos between sets of weights is better than any SSRI, therapist, or vice on earth. Nothing clears the head like the sound of your own heart pounding and lungs gasping for air.

GM. Moral relativism, post modernism, agnosticism & nihilism are all dead ends. The earth stops spinning without the laws of physics. The soul spins endlessly into the abyss without a proper foundation or gravitational underpinning. “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."

Same bottom of ‘22 vibes. Bitcoin is dead, Saylor is getting liquidated, fraud and fraudsters everywhere. If I’m honest, this time the DCA and lump sum buys hurt worse. Its harder to hit the buy button. In 22’ I was hoping to catch a bottom knowing that it would rebound in fantastic fashion like it did in previous cycles. I was more concerned with recovering from aping the top in ‘21 and wanted to improve my cost basis. I never questioned the rebound. Bitcoin was inevitable. Maybe its was the lack of a convincing ‘25 blow off bull, maybe it was the accusations of last year’s paper bitcoin summer, maybe its the etf’s the options and the orange ties, maybe its worries over the network, the centralization of mining, or the fact that bitcoin has woefully underperformed other assets and sectors. Or maybe in the end, its just mistrust of people, our motivations and the tendency toward centralization and corruption that bitcoin was designed to bypass, peacefully, without the need for brute force. Bitcoin was designed to save us from the worst of us, and the worst in each of us. I still cling to the hope that humanity and freedom will improve with better money. So, I hit the buy button, I cold store, I run filtered nodes, I solo mine, and I dream….join me.

Bear markets are like spotlights….the cockroaches are scrambling for cover right now. VC’s, pipe unlocks, scammer & spammers, influencers unable to monetize an audience, conference maxis, treasury company execs who’ve never transacted onchain, bank-throating plebs who are cheering govt legislation….all a symptom of fiat. While I’m not an OG, only 51/2 years all in, it somewhat feels like we’ve lost the plot. I came for gains yes…greed brings everyone to the altar…but I stayed for the revolution. I built nodes, started solo mining and believed that Bitcoin was an escape from a broken system. Now I see many parts of Bitcoin mirroring the broken system it was designed to fix. Cant fix the money, fix the world, if you can’t narrowly define what makes ₿ and its network sound money. I’ll continue to buy and cold store. I’ll spend and replace despite the tax headaches. My nodes are relaying BIP-110 because Bitcoin is a monetary network and not dropbox. I’ll mine at home to help with decentralization and most importantly, I will question everything…the trusting & not verifying has led us here. The opposite will lead us out of the current mess.

Influencers, shitcoiners and feds all convening in sin city, to again support a conference run by a man whose publicly traded bitcoin treasury company is down ~90%. ₿ is certainly for them too….but tomorrow, this humble pleb will be blissfully ignoring the noice, working in the OR, raising a family and continuing to stack sats on the daily. image

War requires congressional approval. The fact that the Dems are largely silent on Trump’s unilateral deployment of military resources without a vote should confirm the existence of the uniparty and fact that they’re all owned by outside special interest.

Really beginning to hope that the Sovereign Individual phase of jurisdictions competing for capital allocators, innovators and productive labor, by offering property rights, low taxation, negligible surveillance and free markets begins to ramp quickly…..unfortunately, all I see is dystopian surveillance states gaining power and taxing their productive cattle to keep the system afloat. Any expats want to share their 2nd home destinations and whether they’ve lived up to promises?

Coretard vs Knotzi question: If it is determined that Jane Street has been manipulating the price of bitcoin, and creating billions in losses in liquidating cascades and lost hodler value, but that manipulation has been done by taking advantage of loopholes which are not well defined or illegal within existing law: Should the market regulators: A: define those loopholes and close them immediately B: open an enormous, almost unlimited “loophole exploiters only” area where they and other market makers can continue to create paper bitcoin and other spoofing strategies to distort the market and kill the inelasticity of Bitcoins fixed cap 21M supply
