Do I think it's ok to sell BTC from time to time? Of course. But when someone says "never sell" that's different. And it doesn't matter that they only sold some tiny percentage. In the same way that it doesn't matter that a person kept their marriage vows for all but 2 hours of their marriage. The vow / promise makes a huge difference in the behavior.
