If everyone understood territorial jurisdiction, no one would have had to shut down their businesses during the pLandemic.

How many of you know that if you challenge territorial jurisdiction for a traffic offense, the government doesn't have it? And the officer is liable because they were acting outside outside of their jurisdiction (unfortunately for them, unknowingly)? How many of you know that the same principal applies on ANY land that the government doesn't own? How many of you know that, in Kentucky, the government only owns about 8% of the land and, therefore, has territorial jurisdiction (regulation enforcement) ONLY over those lands? This is what people (especially #Bitcoin ers) need to start learning and understanding. If you just ASSUME they have jurisdiction, then they will beat you to the ground over anything and everything.
