Jealousy corrupts my heart and inevitably turns to resentment. The best way to address jealousy is to celebrate the outcomes of others. This works because i tend to project on others what i hold myself - have jealousy, resentment, scarcity, see jealousy, resentment, scarcity. Have gratitude, celebration, satisfaction, see gratitude, celebration, satisfaction. This isnt self help, because i cant change my heart. This is faith, because only God can change my heart.
