If someone accepts to pay you and you transfer the Bitcoin to him, you've essentially done a Bitcoin transaction for a taco. An app that takes people away from centralized exchanges and into decentralized p2p trades backed by receipts of fiat pay in the real world. Every dollar spent will be taken away in Bitcoin.
