Could we get a dedicated account for #nostrdevs to post whatever features they are working on / proposing? Zaps could then be used to (1) Support that dev working on the feature and (2) Offer a sense of cost-associated voting for the #nostr community to voice what they may be desiring most?

Serious question on #blockchain potentials. Is there a possibility in the future that an individual can only be represented by a single private key? I’m assuming there would still have to be some level of #KYC to keep one person from having spam accounts but… is that somewhere in the realm of possible *without KYC*?
