Had a terrible experience on March 30. Ordered a single chicken biryani from Hotel Shadab. From swiggy (Indian Doordash like service) Delivery partner arrived around 5:20 PM and called, but it was just an IVR message no real voice. Before I could respond, he left without delivering my food. Tried calling back multiple times at 5:26 PM no response. My order was taken away. I was left hungry. This is nothing but fraud by the delivery partner. Order ID: 233839505394948 Amount: ₹213 Delivery Partner: J Sunkanna Swiggy support gave no proper help and asked me to email. Even after explaining everything, they refused to refund ₹213. (Almost 3$) Lost it for ever for no good reason Lost my time, trust, hunger, and money. Very disappointing and inhuman experience.
