Took a transatlantic flight and the plane didn’t have wifi. Felt like I was taken back in time. Binged a couple movies without checking my phone, read a book. It was peaceful. The feeling of not being able to be contacted or connect with the world felt liberating, not constraining. Think I will do this once a week moving forward. No phone, no internet. Just living in the moment.

X is the frontline. Nostr is the Alamo. Both are necessary at the moment.

First time watching the original1958 Ben Hur. Fantastic film. Practical effects age like fine wine. Hollywood went backwards with over relying on CGI.
