The gain on these amps wants to run hot like a sports car, but you’ll likely go deaf once the volume knob hits 3. The attenuator goes between the amp and the speaker and allows you to push the tubes while lowering the actual output volume.
Have any musicians here been through a copyright lawsuit? I had to go through one with a label when I was just starting out. It drained my spirit in every way. Ended up having to sell my rights in the end anyways. The lawyer I was working with was generous and didn’t charge me as a “welcome to the industry” lesson. Had he done so, I would have been in debt. It’s my belief that the current copyright/IP law is meant to serve major artists and labels with the resources.
