First day of work today in my new job.
10 months of being on government social money.
Now. Back into employment.
Means, above all things; back to bitcoin buys.
Just hodl and stack moar.

I am a Compulsive Gambler and former professional poker player online since I lost all my teeth to bad mental health. Gamble free since 2017. A few months later found bitcoin, then I purchased some satoshi in 2018. Did a 180, got rid of everthing from the gambling days. Now using linux, skincare, niche fragrances, wet shaving, better fitting clothes, carnivore, metal genre \m/ and running. Bitcoin saved my life and I'm Bitcoin only.
So this town will be ideal preparation.
Long uphills and long downhills.
Quad thrashing.
Runnable up and down.
Gentle gradient, but still. Tough.
So many hills.
Went for long run of 22km yesterday, and by the time I reached 13km, I walked up the rest of the hills.
Almost double my normal elevation. Close to 500m
4 weeks till big 46km 1750m elevation.
Settling into my new town.
Arrived up on the Friday, starting work tomorrow. Tuesday.
Last free day today.
Did a run on Sunday, on tired legs from the race the previous day.
Felt my hamstrings more.
Thankful my normal rest day is Monday.
So I had an easy day yesterday.
Recovered well from the weekend.
Now, to change to long distance running.
Will need to do two loops of my tough 16km loop soon.
Moving to new city at the weekend. Plenty of hills.
This will prepare me for my main race of 46km in the mountains.
5 weeks to the big day.
Mental clarity. Zero brain fog. Carnivore. Bitcoin.
Nothing better.
Tonghts meal, cooking in ghee, 500g ground beef from rib.
5 scrambled eggs in with the ground beef.
A lot of hard fat butter on top.
Seasoned with beef organs and salt.
Electrolytes and water to drink.
Sobering up with a coffee and cake.
Once I move to a different city, next weekend, back to strict Carnivore.
Enjoying some carbs and sugar.
Still eating Carnivore meals though.
Having a few Guineas ......
Deserve these.
Back running again tomorrow.
5 weeks to my main race.
46km over 6 mountains.
Today's race only one mountain and 14km.
Completed the race of in 1 hour 35 minutes.
Shaved 20 minutes off last years time.
Well happy.

First of my two planned races today.
2 hours before the gun.
Finally have my dentures.
Had them for two weeks now.
Life changing on so many levels for me.
Smiled like this for first time since before 2009.
Such a long road back to redemption.

And my background check for my new job was completed yesterday.
All set to start work soon for first time in 10 months.
Getting used to my dentures now.
Life changing on so many levels for me.
First race of my 2 race season, upcoming on Saturday.
15km with 300m mountain to go up and down.
5 more Saturday's to the main 46km with 1750m elevation up and down. That's a real challenge.
Its great for my mental clarity and brain fog.
Fitness is a bonus.
So now. With the dentures, daily change of the fixodent paste is needed.
Least on my travels. I can take the case.
But these long distance trail races, just have the tube.
The life of dentures.
This morning in the cafe having coffee + scone, bottom dentures became loose.
Checked advice, said daily change.
My dentist said leave them in until uncomfortable.
The dentures use fixodent paste, for adhesive for the dentures.
Rushed to the chemist and bought another tube.
Inexpensive, but I use about 10-15% of the tube every application.
Off on the trails today.
23km with 750m elevation.
Small 15km race in 2 weekends now.
Main 46km race in 7 weeks.
Now adjusting to having a full set of dentures in my mouth.
Learning to chew food again. A blessing.
The dark days are over.
Adjustment period, less space in my mouth for the food to swallow.
Appears that way, since I'm not used to them.
Slept well with them in.
Today is the day I've been long waiting for. It is all coming together for a fresh start.
All those dark days.
All that pain.
All those hours in the dentist chair.
It's all come to this.
From no teeth, and just the ground down roots left.
Unable to chew my food.
Only able to cut up my food into swallowing chunks.
Let me tell you - no more!
My mental health is clear.
No more brain fog.
Fitter than ever thanks to running in my mid life.
Carnivore changed my life.
Bitcoin saved my life.
I'm now similing for the first time since before 2009. A moment change.
Stopped gambling in 2017.
Found Bitcoin for the final time months later.
This is the moment I've been waiting for.
First smile since 2009.
New life begins.

3 weeks to my first race of the year.
15km mountain run.
Followed by my main race in 8 weeks, a tough 46km mountain race.
Mental clarity.
Zero brain fog.
Lower weight.
Thanks to running.
