First time I've disagreed with Mr. Luongo. His version of events seems pretty cartoonish, which he highlights by starting the whole thing with "this is pretty complex." Personally I subscribe to the Scott Horton view of everything. Would be an interesting conversation between the two of them.
I've had this notion of a decentralized energy grid. Where subdivisions and small communities have their own power supplies instead of a massive grid with so many points of failure. Why can't an apartment complex provide electricity to their tenents instead of relying on a government mandated monopoly supplier?? I will be digging into the particulars on this
