Paying $1โ$3 per hour for a virtual assistant just because the cost of living is low is straight-up diabolical. Maybe it works for an entry-level role, but what the hell? Can you really expect someone with real experience at that rate?
My rate is only $5 per hour, but I think it's reasonable since I only have two months of experience in Reddit marketing with my two part-time, task-based clients. I just got hired because I already delivered results.
Anyway, we're talking about restructuring the team, and our manager is looking to train me for a managerial position. Safe to say I can adjust since I studied Marketing Management in college. This stresses me out a bit, but I hope we can still meet our KPIs. It's okay with me as long as they raised my salary for at least $1-$2 hourly๐๐๐. We're all learning as Reddit updates. We need to be compliant with their strict filters, you know.
