There’s nothing you can’t do when you have friends to help you.

Rather than trying to change your behavior it often makes more sense to first alter the environment.

Sometimes we need discourse just to fully understand and solidify the thoughts floating around in our own head.

When they trust you this much, you don’t let them down. Train physically, grapple intellectually and open spiritually.

I strive to be a sovereign human in all ways; but sovereignty without financial means is limited, sovereignty without health is diminished, and sovereignty without community is lonely at best. Don’t forget the mission.
